Booking Conditions
| 1. | Check availability by contacting us to discuss available dates by email or telephone (see above) |

A 20% deposit is required upon booking and full payment if the booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival. |
| 3. |
A confirmation of receipt will be sent upon receiving the deposit or amount. |
| 4. |
The full balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. |
Terms & Conditions

On arrival days access to the villa is normally after 14.00pm |
| 2. |
On departure days please vacate the villa by 10.00am Arrangements can be made to leave luggage for those with later flights. |
| 3. |
A damage deposit of £200.00 is payable on arrival at the villa. This will be refunded after our agent informs us all is in order after you depart. |
